Mr. Peter Bernier

President, CEO & Board Chairman

Mr. Peter Bernier has more than 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and project management. Most notably, Mr. Bernier jointly received the 2011 H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award from the Association of Mineral Exploration of British Columbia for Excellence in Prospecting and Mineral Exploration. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Richfield Ventures Corp. Mr. Bernier was responsible for building and managing the Richfield team. Under his leadership Richfield, which was incorporated in 2005, became a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange in November 2007. Mr. Bernier strategically obtained financing and personally oversaw investor relations until Richfield was acquired in June 2011 for a value of over $500 Million (CDN).

Dr. Dirk Tempelman-Kluit, Ph.D., P.Geo

VP Exploration, Director

Dr. Dirk Tempelman-Kluit has more than 45 years experience working in both British Columbia and the Yukon. Dr. Tempelman-Kluit was previously a director of the Geological Survey of Canada's Cordilleran Division. More recently, held the position of VP of Exploration and a Director of Richfield Ventures Corp from 2004 to 2011. Dr. Tempelman-Kluit, the co-recipient the 2011 H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award and highly respected research geologist, recognized the existence of extensive hydrothermal alteration in drill core photographs which indicated the potential for significant gold mineralization on Richfield Blackwater property. In March 2011, Richfield announced an initial indicated and inferred resource estimate of 4.2 million ounces, due to Dr. Tempelman-Kluit's foresight on the Blackwater property.

Ms. Sharon Lee, BSc, CPA


Ms. Sharon Lee has over 17 years' experience in financial administration and accounting. She has had successful careers in accounting and management in both the public and private sectors overseeing all aspects of financial reporting. Prior to joining Prosper Gold Corp. Ms. Lee was Senior Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP in Vancouver, BC. She has been the accountant for the Prosper Gold Corp. since October 2013 and was the senior manager for the audits of both Richfield Ventures Corp. and Prosper Gold Corp. Ms. Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Jason Hynes, BSc, MBA


Mr. Jason Hynes has been with Royal Gold Inc. since 2013. His prior experience includes the corporate development role at a junior mining company and seven years in the mining investment banking group of a Canadian bank where he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions and financings, including acting as advisor to Richfield Ventures in the 2011 New Gold transaction.

Mr. Jim Miller-Tait, P.Geo


Mr. Jim Miller-Tait has over 30 years of continuous exploration, development, underground, and open pit production experience. He is currently the President of Sikanni Mine Development Ltd., his own geological consulting company, which he founded in 1996. Mr. Miller-Tait is also the present VP Exploration for Imperial Metals. His experience includes Chief Geologist for the Oniva Group, and VP Exploration for Selkirk Metals. He has worked extensively in North America, Bolivia and Mexico on grass root exploration to full-production open pit and underground operations. His experience covers gold, base metals and diamond operations in a multitude of geological settings including vein, skarn, volcanogenic massive sulphide, carbonate-hosted, Sedex, kimberlite, and porphyries.

Dexter John, BA, LL.B, ICD.D


Mr. Dexter John is the President & CEO of Gryphon Advisors Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets and has spent six years in structured finance where he executed over $4 billion in transactions. Dexter has worked at a major Canadian law firm as a Securities Associate, focusing on the public equities market with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Dexter also has regulatory experience through his tenure at the IIROC, the OSC and the TSX. Dexter holds a Bachelor of Arts, an LL.B. designation and the ICD designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
